iModHaus is an interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers and surveyors specialized in sustainable construction systems. We make architecture from the premise that a rational design adapted to the natural environment results in healthy spaces that directly influence an improvement in our quality of life.
We offer an exhaustive process of accompaniment to the client from the first phase of conceptual definition (preliminary project), to the execution of the work.
We use the BIM (Building information modeling) methodology that allows from the visualization of 3D models of the initial ideas, to the technical development of the executive documentation of the works.
We apply bioclimatic design concepts to all projects, also complying with the requirements of the CTE and local regulations. We offer services including the drafting of architectural projects and construction management of new plants, reforms and energy adaptation of buildings, as well as the management of construction license files.
Our projects are based on a variety of programmatic needs and location situations for which we have applied different construction and structural systems. We have the experience of having worked with various prefabricated systems, including metal structures, recycled shipping containers, wood, and also hybrids combining both systems.
The process of concretion of an architecture project
Our project development offers an economic vision in real time. Starting from a global pre-assessment based on a program of needs and a project area, work begins on the architectural proposal, based on the budget limit defined by the client.
The interaction that BIM tools allow between the 3D model and its objective economic valuation means that during the successive phases of the preliminary project, basic project and execution project, the measurements are dynamically updated according to the progress of the design, so to have a constantly updated economic vision.
In the final phase of the execution project, the actual measurements of the project to be built are obtained. We take care of the entire administrative process to obtain the building permit. Our goal is for the client to stop worrying about all the bureaucracy and thus be able to concentrate on obtaining with us a sustainable and highly energy efficient design for their project.
